Evaporators

Our evaporation systems are highly efficient in removing water content or liquids. These energy efficient systems are widely used in downstream processing for removing water content prior to drying. Metro Air Friz Ammonia Coil Units are power saving Air Cooling units manufactured by metro in different capacities. These units are highly efficient, economical, light-weight, compact in design and provided aluminum spiral fins coils for maximum cooling efficiency. These units are specially designed for ceiling/wall mounting arrangement for easy installation with temperature requirement of above 0°C.

Features
Ammonia cooling coils with aluminum spiral-fins are made from 15 mm steel N.B. ISI Mark pipes tested up-to 20 Kg/cm hydraulic pressure. G.I sheet casing with removable side covers. G.I sheet water drain tray/pan is provided. The motors are totally enclosed for protection against dust and moisture. Air fans multi blades light in weight for maximum air flow. Ammonia accumulator is supplied along with coils. Water spray nozzles for defrosting.

Advantages
